Holiday/Special Event Authorization for Final Payment                                       

 

    If your reservation is for one of the 49er Village RV Resort-designated holidays/special events as shown below, your final payment is due by the posted deadline, which is 14 days prior to the beginning of the holiday/special event period (not your check-in date).

    Reservations not paid in full by 5 p.m. on the posted deadline date are subject to automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations received after the posted deadline are subject to the minimum charge and any additional nights will receive a credit for a future stay. Reservations made after the final payment deadline are non-refundable. View our 2010 Holiday and Special Event dates and policies.
