Holiday/Special Event Final Payment                                       

    If your reservation is for one of the 49er Village RV Resort-designated holidays/special events as shown below, your final payment is due by the posted deadline, which is 14 days prior to the beginning of the holiday/special event period (not your check-in date).

    Reservations not paid in full by 5 p.m. on the posted deadline date are subject to automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations received after the posted deadline are subject to the minimum-night (2 or 3 nights) charge and any additional nights will receive a credit for a future stay. Reservations made after the final payment/cancellation deadline are non-refundable.

2011 Holiday/special Event Payment Policy:

Beginning with the Presidents' Day holiday (February, 2011), the final payment for all holiday/special event reservations will be automatically charged on the date stated below. The cancellation / automatic final payment date is 14 days prior to the first holiday/special event date (not your check-in date).

If you do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation/final payment deadline, your credit/debit card will be charged automatically and without further notice. Please be sure that you provide a credit/debit card that you want used for your final payment. There are no refunds after the cancellation/automatic final payment deadline. There are no refunds for early departures.
